View Full Version : Sections 5 & 6 water situation
A few of us are doing those sections starting Sunday. Anyone know what the water situation is like?

I was through 1/2 of sec. 5 a couple weeks ago.
The seasonal stream at the small campsite about 2 miles N. of Chandler Springs was flowing slow.
Using that as an indicator, there should be water at double spring campsite and the 3 seasonal
springs between Adams Gap and stairway to heaven and maybe also at the large camp at Little Caney.

The springs south of the stairway were flowing 3 weeks ago. We were able to get water at Little Candy also.

yeah I just saw that..rain from late Monday night until Wed afternoon :(
