Up early at 4:30. Fixed up the green bean casserole, deviled some eggs, whipped up some zucchini bread - with a liberal dose of walnuts, and now I've got 4 pies in the oven. More to do before we eat at 3 pm. Mashed taters, creamed corn, okra, bread, tomatoes, roasted veggies, and more stuff coming with guests! We're gonna EEEEEAT!

A flock of 20 or more wild turkeys came for breakfast this morning. They must have known they were safe here. :sun
