Hey guys,

I have just started planning my first hiking trip through the AT. I was planning on doing the section from dick's creek gap to Fontana dam with several of my friends, which is about 90 some miles. Were all in very good shape and were planning on doing this section in 7 days in July. I was just wondering if I could get some basic information on some good waypoints, food stores, shuttles, and some essentials on good hiking food to bring.
