After realizing the straps on my long neglected bright blue Tioga had gone hard and were old tech, I sent Kelty an email with some photos requesting information on updating the straps. This is what the pack looked like to start:

They responded promptly and offered to send me new straps for pretty much nothing, well, nothing. I'm amazed at Kelty's commitment to their gear and level of customer service. Just awesome! The pack is my original from 1983, over 30 years old.

Here it is with the new straps installed. This is a big improvement from the original design.
