Well Andy and I are 8 days from starting, with still lots to do. We had a warm up hike at Devils Lake State park last week. All went well and we tested are new and old equipment. I am setting this blog up with hopes to post at least once a week while on the trail to keep all my friends and family updated on our progress. We head to my aunts in Connecticut Wednesday the 15th and will be on the trail the morning of the 18th. Were planning to make one last trip to REI and get some last minute supplies. The first day is a day hike in Baxtor State Park up Mt. Katahdin. Ill keep this short since theirs not much to update everyone on. Wish us luck and see you all on the other side.
