Hello,
I'm seriously thinking about hiking Southbound from the Northern Terminus of the LT to Rutland/Rt. 4 in a few weeks. (already did South of there during my AT thru). I know weather/mud/black flies may be horrid, but a bit more solitude is worth the trade off!
It seems like it'd be best to walk back to my car. Safe places to park? Will a shuttle be ridiculously expensive to get to the Northern Terminus?
