Very Cool Map Thing for websites

Thought some of ya'll webpeople might be interested in this. This is a way to add and interactive map to your website.

This is something I really wanted to do on the Mississippi River but had no idea how to pull off. The gist of it is that I can now uplink directly to a GoogleEarth map from any internet connection and have it automatically update a map on the site. You look at the map, place the curser over one of the location buttons, click the mouse, and a new window pops up with information that I've entered, maybe a photo, and commentary from the river.
