It has been so long since I have had a FF stove, I cannot remember when I got it. But it is still going strong, after all these years and many many trips. A proven winner Dan!

Zelph, Thank you, for the great stuff you sent me!
Looking over my treasure trove of alcohol stoves, accessories and Spark-Lite I feel I have my kit together to get on the trails.
Now that Glacier National Park is open year 'round I think I will do a little hiking on snow, around Upper Lake St. Mary. I can try these alcohol stoves in the snow.
I have my Companion Stove but I want to see how well the others hold up. Maybe a new way to "simmer" if I can insulate the cookware.
I don't know how I forgot to order the Fancee Feest simner ring. Have you sorted out, handle or no handle?
Zelph, the Fancee Feest isn't the only proven excellent design you have.
Everything fits inside of the plastic carry container which ½ is my bowl to hold the freezer bag and the other half is my drinking cup. The burner holds 4.5oz of fuel. On one load of fuel I can boil 14 cups of water. 4 cups three times and 2 cups one time.
Here is a photo my setup:

Boiling all that water, with the "simmer" small diameter for the flame?
What diameter that stove?

You're coming along just fine. It's a fun learning process.
The Fancee Feest stove might work ok with Iso91. I've been inspired by you to try using it as a fuel for the Fancee Feest. I'll give it a shot today and report back tomorrow. It's all in the name of Stove Science :-)
Just recently we saw the video made by Hiram Cook where he used the Venom Super Stove and Iso91 as fuel. So I've gotten a renewed interest in doing some experimenting with Iso.
Ok, I tried Iso91 using the Fancee Feest under a Foster can and it worked really well. A video will have to be made tomorrow to show the flame pattern. we ventured, we gained.
Ok, here is the video showing how nicely the Fancee Feest burns Iso91 alcohol. It's a long video, no editing. No soot deposit on the bottom of the pot.
