The road may say closed, but we drove down it to start on Loop Road this year. The road is in TERRIBLE condition, so be warned. But, drive down it anyway....they are going to take forever to fix it...

Good to hear other '10ers were out on the FT this year. There were four of us, including my husband and I, that finished late Feb/early March on the FT this year.

We used it all of twice last year. Once to figure out how far we were to a shelter in the beginning and then the second time---I don't even remember.
