Well the weather is finally starting to break up here in NY. Got to put in a dozen miles or so with my new friend Lady thru hiker. Bear Mtn. overlooking the Hudson river was sweet.

Karl, There is no "need" to do 20 a day. That's just the pace I hike at. Very comfortable for me. I guess my question should have been is it realistic to Maintain that pace?
