Super glue works great for closing cuts, better than stiches, also carry suafed pills for stings, duct tape and sticks make great splints, carry meds for your feet if they give up on you you are...

If you are going to be sleeping in the hammock in cold weather,get a underquilt they are very cold on the bottom:-?

wal-mart has a small solar lite about 2" diam weighs hardly nothing, stick it on your pack during day, have lite all nite no battires to worry about:rolleyes:

After trying several others, i stick with the garmin 60csx, i do a lot of bushwacking by marking my starting coor. always bring me back to that spot. plus it is great for geocaching also
