I'm hiking Winding Stair Gap to Hot Springs, then catching a flight north and hiking Crawford Notch to Katahdin to complete the trail that I started back in 2016.

For LASH, camp shoes or no camp shoes? Trying to decrease my base weight. Is leaving camp shoes out worth the decreased weight? My camp shoes are 9 oz....
My longest section was 803 miles in 2017...Pearisburg Va to Pawling NY. I have 345 miles left...Crawford Notch to Katahdin. Plan on finishing it July, August time frame this year.
