Lyme disease is the worst. Hard to diagnose and they chronic fatigue (which some doctors just dismiss) and joint pain.
I'm somewhat skeptical that a tick bite can cause a meat allergy.
I use potassium when I have leg cramps with lots of hydration.
Freeze-dried food works for me and I also bring green veggie powders.
I use a shammy from time to time. Works well for me.
Seems like a knowledgeable person might be able to manage with a home testing device and oral vitamin K with the help of a remote doctor. Certainly not an easy situation to manage!
