MLD and Six moons sell some bug bivy's to go under there tarps, you may want to conssider these. My favorite on is the Alpinlight bug bivy.
look into synthetic quilts for the best weight, if weight is a concern for you. BPL 60 quilt is a 40* that weighs 12 oz. not bad.....
