Hi. I looking at options for solo loops.

Has anyone ever tried a loop hike, parking at Erwin, TN and walking (or hitching) to Rocky Fork SP, then hiking up to the AT at Flint Mountain Shelter? ...

The nice thing about this section is the ability to loop around your car parked at the Standing Indian campground. That's about 27-28 mile loop with some blue blazes and yellow blazes at either end....

I'm not a dentist, btw.

Do you really need toothpaste? I just brush with a wet brush, rinse and spit, floss, rinse and spit. Brush with paste while in town or when otherwise convenient.
