Maildrop hold policy
IF I resupply in Ashland and send maildrops for all of Oregon from there, likewise from Cascade Locks for all of Washington (for non PO destinations where possible) will my maildrops be held long enough for me to reach them in northern Oregon and WA. respectively?

Yes you should be OK. That's pretty much how many do it.

That's how I did it. Just make sure to mark you your ETA on your boxes.

Great, that's good news. On the AT I had a relative mail my resupply boxes to me on a schedule as I went North. I kept in touch with them to readjust that schedule so the boxes would be on time but not too early. Some places don't want to hold them too long. This go round on the Crest Im having my bear can sent to LP and maybe a box to KM but the rest will be bought on the trail, some mailed North.
