Trout Run Valley hike

Has anyone been here within the last 3 months or so? http://midatlantichikes.com/troutrunvalley.htm
I'm just wondering how well the trail is maintained and if it's hikable and fun now. I'm taking some younger kids with me and lots of blowdowns etc blocking the trail would greatly impact the fun factor.

I was there last weekend - didn't do the TRV circumnavigation, but I did the half moon loop. Trails were in great condition and my 8 year old son didn't have any problems. We had 1 blowdown but it was easily circumvented.
