    Default Jiva Coffee Cubes

There's another instant coffee product on the market apparently, and I'm curious to know if anyone has had a chance to give it a try already. If so, how does it compare to Starbucks's Via (the gold standard as far as I'm concerned)?

also from reading the procduct info, you don't have to boil water, you can use cold water. That is helpful if conserving fuel

Thanks for the heads up. I would also be interested to know how well it would work with cold water.

BPL (I believe) did a recent review-
Overall impression- too sweet for the reviewer's taste. Although an avowed black coffee drinker if I recall correctly.
IIRC- the basic product is like a sugar cube with coffee concentrate in it- hence the sweetness.
Seemed like a decent product if you didn't mind the sugar/molasses per the reviewer.

ALTHOUGH- clicking on the site I see a new product on the front banner (perhaps they read the review) for their new non-sweet Jiva Black. Looks like it is still in kickstarter phase of development.

Still happy enough with my ALDI brand (beaumont?) for 2.99 a jar. Dissolves in cold water with a bit of time.
