UDAP Bear Canister Purchase Retailers VT or NY

Want to get this UDAP bear canister, size and price are just right for me, but REI and EMS don't carry it, at least on-line. Anyone know a retailer in upstate NY or VT (preferably) where I can buy one? CCOutdoor store in Waterbury don't seem to carry it either.

The Mountaineer in Keene NY has the Bare Boxer Contender which is similar in size/vol to UDAP No-Fed-Bear.
