My website, Appalachian Trials (http://appalachiantrials.com), was recently nominated as one of the Top Outdoor Blogs by USA TODAY. In a nutshell, the site serves as a two-headed monster: it's the blogging home to dozens of current, past, and future thru-hikers and we also do our best to highlight the culture that surrounds the Trail.

I'd love to win as I believe this would be an excellent opportunity to shine a brighter spotlight on the Appalachian Trail and it's people. We are up against some really good competition, and in order to win, we'll need the support of the entire community.
