Water sources on the At at 3 Ridges VA.

My husband and I just got back from doing the 3 Ridges in Virginia. Please be advised there is very little water at Maupin Shelter and none until you get to Harpers Creek shelter (5.8 miles) and not a whole lot there either. The Harpers Creek that runs along the Mau-Har trail is running but is a ways done if you are going up and over on the AT.

Thanks for the update. The Priest spring was pretty much dry a few weeks ago too.
