Default Should NO-Show shuttlers be tracked?

We were recently stranded by a no-show shuttler 350 miles from home--he chose to volunteer at the Luray, VA Chamber of Commerce instead. While it is a gift not a service, an updated list of UNRELIABLES might save someone else a hassle. Thoughts?

What is the rest of the story, or their side of the story?
