Dartmouth to Katahdin?

Hey y'all,

In your experience, about how many days does it take to hike from Dartmouth to Katahdin? Do you think one month is sufficient?

I'm starting my thru on March 14th, getting picked up in Hanover (if I make it!) on July 15th to go to Greyfox Bluegrass Festival, then getting dropped back off to finish NH and ME on the morning of the 20th. What would be a good estimate for an end date? Thanks!

440 miles. 30 days. possible.

I left Hanover 8/3/12 and summited Katahdin 8/29/12 taking 3 zeros along the way so a month is doable.

I took 40 days from Hanover to Katahdin. 30 is definitely doable. It all just depends how much the stretch from Mt. Moosilauke to Andover, ME wears you down. It's a pretty tough (but beautiful!) stretch.
