:banana Just a shout out for exped

My EXPED Synmat UL7 LW blew a seam Monday night. I emailed EXPED Monday night after their closing and got a response 20 minuets after they opened PST. I emailed three pictures to them, they said it could not be repaired and they sent a new mat second day air. Great Customer Service.

Nice. Always helps to know who stands behind the gear they make.

They replaced my Lightning 60 pack within an hour when I was in Daleville, , the outfitter there was also very helpful - Outdoor Trails.
Also replaced my pillow when it blew a seam further downn the trail.
    Exped has excellent customer service.
