    I'm thinking of bringing a 1/2 dozen eggs out of town. poached eggs, egg cheese spinach grits, etc.

    I have carried hard boiled for 3 days in hot weather with no problem. For dry, I use mountain House scrambled cooked eggs. I only found them without bacon in the #10 can, so it will take a couple maildrops to use a can.

    I'm not sure how they make 'em, but the Ova Easy egg "crystals" cook up just like good fresh scrambled eggs if mixed with the correct amount of water. Measure carefully and you will not be disappointed.
