Start looking at Gossamer Gear and get on their mailing list. Their stuff often goes on sale. I got my G4 pack for $80.

Osprey Exos packs are on sale at Amazon. There's always the REI Flash packs which are on sale right now too. Both are good budget options.

Well if you are going UL, Sea to Summit makes a good pack at 2.4 oz. The cost around $35.
