    This is the best collapsible water bottle I've ever seen. It's insanely durable and tough (I once saw a review video where a large man stood on one, to no effect) and when it's empty, it takes up practically no room in your pack, and only 40g on your back.
    Walking is the best possible exercise. Habituate yourself to walk very far.
