What is the current mile-mark where he appears to be taking a break? Anyone know?
He's at the northwest end of Lower Jo-Mary Lake. Where does that put him in miles-to-go?
The more miles, the merrier!

Can someone explain how the Delorme page is working? Sometimes the "pings" are every 10-12 minutes, others over an hour, etc. Plus, the mph figure can be 0 between points, or as low as .64 mph when he should clearly be hiking faster.
Foul. Double posts don't count.
the way he's been holding on by a thread for the past 10 days has been absolutely amazing. He will certainly have earned this record. Can't wait to see an interview with him after all of this is over, and after a few days of continuous sleep I'm sure.
Double post- Lone Wolf is disqualified now too.
The tracker seems to ping whenever. He might be mid-run, stopped for a moment, walking. Check several ping points and you'll see 5's, 2's, 0's. Overall, he looks to be moving well today. I'd guess his slower-than-expected pace of the past few days, with relatively more rest, has allowed him to recover a bit, enabling what looks to be a solid final push.
