Default Anyone use Under Armour compression thermals?

I have a credit at Dicks sporting goods and could use some good base layer bottoms to use mainly for winter southern AT hikes but also for my sept jmt hike as well...I love my patagoochie cap 4 hoody but only patagoochie dicks have is cap3...like the idea of tighter fitting thermals as could wear under my shorts if cold as well as sleeping.

Looking at Under Armour cold gear 2.0 or 3.0

    Vs

    Patagonia cap 3

Love the Under Armour cold gear. Have used them for about 5 years. Best base layer I ever owned.

    Ditto, great base layer.

I find the cold gear too warm to hike in (in all but the coldest of conditions) but sleeping or sitting around camp they're fantastic
