Default Found: White Gas Stove at Journey's End Camp

    Hi all,
My sweetie and I found a white gas stove tucked back beneath one of the bunks, while sweeping out Journey's End Camp on 8/23.

It's in a bag with a few other objects and no personal markings on it. If it's yours, send me a message describing what kind of stove it is, and some of the other things in the bag with it, so we can get it back to its rightful home.

    Best,
    Chris Keefe

P.S. MODS - possible to start a Lost & Found Subforum or sticky thread within in the LT forum? Thanks!

When I was last at Journey's End there was also some abandoned gear, sleeping pads in particular. My assumption was that the owners didn't want to carry it with them when they hitched back to civilization (and possibly eventually caught a plane somewhere) so they just left it. I would just assume that it's been abandoned because the owner no longer liked it or that he needed to take a flight (which you cannot do unless your stove is bone-dry empty).
