Does anyone know what the water looks like for the N 1/3 of PA?

Try contacting John Stempa, a local shuttler who lives in the Smith Gap area -(610) 381-4606. He's written up in the AT Thru-hikers companion. Also try the ATC mid-atlantic office-(717) 258-5771. They may know.

At Leroy Smith shelter the third spring is flowing great and cold. The rain today should help spring two. But go to spring three because it is so much better and faster with the PVC pipe installed there.
