Not so much for hiking but decent camping / outdoor gear: Eno Doublenest hammock w/ suspension, lifestraw, flashlight, emergency matches. I also got a few gift cards. I think I will use those to finally get a pair of trekking poles.

My daughters got me a family portrait. A shiny cyborg war armor paint on aluminum family portrait. Two parts awesome, one part disturbing!

That is one hell of a Christmas gift.

I got a trip to Jamaica (honeymoon really) and 4 days to hike a section of the AT with my dog and brother now that finals are over.

The Zpacks stuff was ordered back in October and arrived on Dec. 23rd, so I count them as Xmas gifts!

REI gift card. I buy most of my gear from cottage companies and my needs are few, Probably pick up a pair of trail runners. Or a sea to summit insulated ultralight pad.

No one dares buy me gear because I am so particular, so I got a game...Backcountry: The Game of Wilderness Survival - Appalachian Trail Edition. Haven't played yet, but read over the instructions and it actually looks like it might be fun...especially with an adult beverage or two

A friend bought me a compass that was just a bit heavier than the perfectly good one that I have, and a copy of the 2015 AWOL Guide. It was a nice thought, but neither are coming on the trail with me. She should have saved her money and just bought me one of those adult beverages or six.
