    Thumbs up VIDEO: Winter Backpacking In The Adirondacks

    Join me in the Pigeon Lakes Wilderness Area, hiking to Cascade Falls. DuctTape, Justin, Dan, Chris and I sneak away for an overnight hike in the Adirondacks. The daytime high on Saturday was 34F and the overnight low was 13F. We cooked up tenderloin, chicken, hotdogs, jambalaya, breakfast sandwiches and soup. Oh, and we had a fire

    very nice. approaching -20 with windchill here in southern OH tomorrow. makes me wish i had gone camping this weekend
