    Default Sleeping bag selection

Hi everyone, I am planning to do a section hike across GA in mid April. This will be my first and I need advice on a bag. I will be using a 2 man tent, Thermarest prolite plus R value 3.4 and was thinking of getting the Sierra designs 23 dri down bag. I like this bag because of the weight and price. What do you guys think of this setup? Thanks

Sounds ok. Check the weather ahead of time ad adjust your baselayer if needed.

Factor width considerations in with the rest of it. I factored in weight, warmth, loft, height, packability, water resistance, even color, yet somehow I forgot about girth.

Thanks, What I think I will do is add some type of quilt for extra heat/comfort. Plus the quilt will work here in Florida in place of the bag for sure.
