    Default Paragliding

    Hi guys

This may be the wrong place to ask but does anyone know if there are any good paragliding sites along the AT or the rules surrounding paragliding in national parks (Im from the UK don't know how this works). Any help would be great thanks.

Maryland, just north of Rock Raven shelter and south of PenMar Park is a blue blaze trail to High Rock. This is a very popular place for hang gliding and is accessible by road.

This is for the Shanondoah National Park not for from Washington DC, it's a popular place on the AT where crazy people jump of the cliff with hopes of flying.
