Trouble reaching SEKI phone numbers?

I'm trying to fax (559-565-4239) in my wilderness permit and can't seem to get through. I trying calling the park service (559-565-3766) and can't get through to that either.

Both numbers just hang, no ringing no answers. Anyone else hitting this issue?

Bump. Is anyone able to call or fax them? I can't for 3 days running.

I think that I'd give up and send it snail mail.

I've always started trips on a Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, or Thurs and have always gotten a walk up permit in SEKI.

Which trail are you looking to do?

A loop from the high Sierra trail up roads end up copper creek and back down the jmt.

They did respond to my email today and said their phones are down both in and out. Scary.
