Default Sams Gap to Nolichucky water?

Looking at doing a section between Sams Gap and Chestoa. Anyone have updated information on the section, more specifically water sources, campsites?

There should be water at Spivey gap(creek) or just north at the brook that you cross over a couple of times.

There is water at No Business Knobshelter, a small spring at Bald Mtn Shelter, and a small spring at Low Gap before climbing up Big Bald. Everything else is seasonally.

I have known hikers to take the Big Bald blue blaze and jump over to the houses and ask residence for their water spiket.
