Lake Okeechobee section questions

While planning my next section day hike of the FNST< I stumbled across this map:

It would appear that most of the trail is closed. However, the map is 10 months old.

Does anyone have a current status of the loop round Lake Okeechobee? I'm hoping to do that whatever part of that section is open this month.
