Default Foothills Trail shuttle Oct. 29

I'm looking for a shuttle from Frozen Creek Road access parking lot to Oconee trailhead Sat. Oct. 29. Can someone approximate the cost and about how long it takes to do this shuttle. Thanks

Also is camping allowed anywhere on the trail with the exception of the Whitewater Falls corridor?

We used Jim "Taz" Simpson yesterday. He picked us up from Laurel Valley and dropped us off at Bad Creek. Said it was 70 miles total for him. We gave him $50. Very nice guy and very knowledgeable on the trail.
