Default PA (specifically PA 183 to PA 309) Water Availability

So since it appears that my plans to do part of GSMNP have been foiled by the current mini drought I'm thinking of doing some more of PA instead. So does anyone have any current info on the water situation in PA, and specifically in the section in the subject line?

Between Routes 183 and 501 is Shuberts Gap with a water source that I've never seen dry in 30 years. I'll be out in the Hamburg area tomorrow and will be able to report back about a few sources.
    When is your trip?

Sorry Shuberts Gap is South of 183... Brain fart.
Yesterday the spring at MM 1220.3 was a small puddle. You could scoop out enough water here if needed.
Stream at reservoir MM 1222.9 Running strong, always is.
Gold Spring MM 1228.7 Piped spring running slow. Nice, clear cold water.
Panther Creek MM 1230.5 Running strong
