Pretty good for the $$....No it's not a Montbell...
I bought the vest few years back and turned into my pups sleeping bag.....

My wife bought a woman's version of this at Costco last year and carries it a lot on our hikes, even though she owns a couple of Montbell UL jackets. She saves the Montbell jackets for weight-critical backpacks, uses the Costco on non-weight critical hikes/short backpacks.

I missed out on this last time. So ready to buy. Is it on the website? At the store? I take it that I have to wait until November 18th?

Looked and couldn't find it on the website. I guess it will pop up on the sale date?

How's the fit on these? Same as the vests?

I have a vest. Paid $13, they're now $10. I have gotten a lot of use out of it already. It weighs 8.4 oz and takes up 1.9L in stuff sack (men's L). (Do the jackets come with stuff sack, either separate or might it stuff into one of its own pockets?).

I definitely want to get one.

Sorry my dog can't talk....he's snug as a bug in a rug inside a large if that helps......on a serious note don't think they are as snug as the montbell jackets but not boxy either.

They're well made have decent fill and are 1/10th the cost of Patagucchi or other high end manufacturers. Certainly worth the buck even if you just toss it in the back of the car as part of an emergency kit.

    I was in Costco today.

They had the women's jackets on sale.

    20161108_102109.jpg

They also had both men's and women's vests for $9.99.

There were no men's jackets in the store.

    Happy hunting!

Edit : (can someone please tell me why 2 of my pics got flipped over ? )

You guys are awesome! I had to search for the jacket by name (which doesn't have the word "down" in it which was likely my previous priblem), but it is on its way to me. Thanks!

Got my Women's Down Jacket in the mail yesterday. Weighs a few grams more than my Ex Officio primaloft puffy and whoah buddy is the black printed fabric reminiscent of 1990s stonewashed denim, but it will do. It will do nicely. And the stuff sack was a lovely touch.
