I use Monoprice constantly for their tech gear. Great quality stuff for cheap prices...

Apparently they have the hiking bug, as they now have an expanding line of hiking and light/UL camp gear.

Their stove, Pure Outdoor 1-liter Cooking system for $37 (a jet-boil knockoff), looks like it's a better-packaged product from the same company that makes this for Dicks - http://www.dickssportinggoods.com/pr...uctId=94283976 for $60. I have the Stryker 100, and it works great. The Monoprice looks like an excellent deal on this stove package.

Hmm...I've had a pair of noise cancelling headphone from them that I've been very happy with, no idea if that is relevant to their camping gear. If anyone buys their stuff I'd be interested to read a review.

Just ordered a pair of carbon trekking poles. With shipping, after discount, came to $52. Cork grips. I liked their remote burner Ti stove for 40 bucks. Very nice looking rig...

A friend had that collapsible bucket (unless they used the wrong stock photo) and is great for toting water, but doesn't hold itself up/open. As soon as you stop suspending the bucket by placing it on the ground, all your water spills out.

There are better collapsible buckets.
