They posted 7 hours ago on their FB page that the store would be closed for a couple days, but there was no mention of damage or fire.

I think they did backburns to protect it last week? Think I heard that somewhere. It might look like it burned...
They posted some dramatic photos on Facebook, with fire all around the restaurant and the store, but they were controlled back blazes. I have not seen anything since.
Thx...hopefully that's the case....

Which "NOC"? There are numerous locations. Many use NOC as a synonym for Wesser, NC.

.
The NOC at Wesser, NC was opened last Saturday (11-26) afternoon. I shopped in the store and used the bathroom in the restaurant. Why they are closing the store for a few days is beyond me. I don't believe it is threatened by fires and there were lots of people shopping in the outfitters on Saturday. I live 20 minutes down the road from the facility.
Yea forgot they have a few locations....talking about main location @ wesser....

Just speculating that someone might have meant the NOC in Gatlinburg.

Are you talking about the one at the end of town? I can't confirm either way. However, I did see part of that building in one of the news photos and from what I could see it looked fine.
That's what I was thinking, not sure either if it got damaged or not. Thought I read that both ends of the strip were hit pretty bad.
