Hey awesome congrats best of luck to you!
Hiking the AT is “pointless.” What life is not “pointless”? Is it not pointless to work paycheck to paycheck just to conform?.....I want to make my life less ordinary. AWOL

Shuttle service. Map of town. Shower and lockers for packs. Traildog supplies. Crocs. Permethrin, athletic tape. As mentioned above, chairs for sitting. If you have not done so, have a scout"go shopping" at some of the best outfitters along the pathway. Electric outlets for recharging. Thank you for filling a need at Hiawassee.--Sawnie Robertson (Kinnickinic)

the Budget Inn right next door to the Rite Aid will have an outfitter during the busy part of the hiker season. They are affiliated with Mountain Crossings so you might want to focus on things not carried at Mtn Crossings.

I would carry everything you think a hiker would need. One stop shopping. I, for one, would prefer that.

We live just over the GA/NC border and are planning to start a flip/flop beginning in GA this spring. We'll come visit soon as I'm over this cold. Nice to have an outfitter nearby. Best of luck with your new business.
