Jacks R Better compression sack - Waterproof?

I just received a Jacks R Better UQ and was wondering if the compression that it ships with is waterproof? Yay, Jacks R Better for shipping overnight so I can make a trip this weekend. If not, I will get a waterproof one.

Nope. Water resistant, yes, but one look at the top closing mechanism of those stuff sacks should tell you all you need to know.
