    Default Parking in DWG '17

I am looking for 2-week long parking in the Gap while I section NY-NJ south at end of February. Most of parking info on site is dated. What is the best parking in Delaware Water Gap?

    Capt. Scott:
Are you hiking south from DWG later this month? I plan to do the section from DWG to Blue Mountain Summit starting around Feb. 23rd.

I parked at a place called "Additional storage in the Gap" when I finished Pa last year. It is across the street from the Martz bus station. It's a bit of a walk from their to the trailhead at the Church of the Mountain but I was happy to pay the nominal fee (and the walk) because my vehicle was parked right under the security camera. The guys that run the storage were great to work with. I used Kenny (Ole Dawg shuttle) for transport to Blue Mountain Summit. He was a little late because he was not sure of my location so he tried to give me the shuttle free of charge but I still paid him what I thought the mileage was worth. Enjoy to climb out of Palmerton!!
