Default Lost Knife, NH between Zealand hut and Ethan Pond

Lost a nice handmade knife and sheath snowshoeing in the deep powder on the AT below whitewall, between zealand hut and ethan pond. I think it's right on the trail. Maybe as this snow is melting it will reveal itself. It's special to me and would really appreciate getting it back. My email is [email protected]

    happy hiking!

Good luck. Unless your name and address is on the knife, the chances of it getting back are really, really slim.

I've lost so many knives on the trail I now only carry cheap ones I don't care about. But then, I've found a few too, so I guess eventually it evens out.

It tough as the dark objects absorbs the sunlight and it rapidly sinks into the snow. My brother used to go hiking on local ski resort in spring and would usually pick up coins and bills under the lift lines that had dropped out of skiers pockets and rapidly disappeared in the snow.

    Good luck
