No, it's my fault. I bought a cheap kid's sled to make a DIY pulk for winter camping.... "If you make it, the flakes will come!"

I measured about 18" near Harrisburg PA. Time for it to stop.

Here on the Connecticut coast it turned to a driving rain an hour ago.....and the maps seem to show it staying that way. 10 miles inland it is snowing like crazy! I wonder what the Elf has?

I think I am right on the rain / snow line Rafe. No rain to speak of, but not really snowflakes either. I have about 8 " of icy sleet. I don't think this is going to be fun to shovel.

He even ignored his own snow ban in order to bring a tray of brownies to the local news station.

We got a solid 8-10 feet, barely survived.

About a foot here. Snow is mostly done for but wind is still howling. Driveway can wait till tomorrow, I'm not going anywhere today.

I live on the north end of Lake Ontario. Still snowing and windy 16°f . The wood stove is nice and warm.

Here in the CT hinterlands, I'd say we got at least a foot, probably more. There was considerable drifting, so who knows. I did snowshoe a network of paths for walking my dog; I find post-holing exhausting, and so does she.

With the 30-40 MPH winds bowing the snow sideways all day, hard to say what we got, but when I go out to shovel my driveway in the morning, I bet the drifts will be impressive.

It's all over, It's all over! 25in on the ground drifts to 48+ around cars and trucks and houses, 9 hours with shovel and snowblower yesterday just to keep ahead and hopefully just a hour or two to dig out this AM and it is 16* with the wind chill it feels like 3*. Now that's March Madness! It's all over ! It's all over !

Wayne's Birthday Blizzard string lives on. March is not over either.
I do hope that everyone is safe.
