Default Zpacks Arc blast ultralight backpack

I have a Zpacks arc blast ultralight backpack that I took out on a three day trip that is basically new. The pack doesn't have any signs of wear. I bought the pack a little over a month ago and I just don't like the way the it fits.

    2017 Zpacks Arc blast
    Weight: 21 oz.
    Volume: 55 liters
    Load capacity: 35 lbs
    Color: Army Green
Hip belt size: medium- fits up to 34 in waist
Torso length: medium- fits 19-23 inches

I added two Zpacks hip belt pockets and one shoulder pocket.

    Pm for more info.

Paid 395$ for the pack and the add on pockets, I will take 250 plus shipping.

Old post and this pack was likely sold in April of 2017...
what I don't understand is why didn't the OP just ask Zpacks for a refund?

They have a great return policy and would have given him his money back in this case.
Instead the seller opted to sell for much less than what was paid.

It was used. Zpacks accepts returns and exchanges on unused products for 30 days from the date the product is received. Customers are encouraged to test the fit of their backpack, sleeping bag, and clothing items indoors to ensure they are satisfactory.

I seem to remember they used to have a more lenient return policy than that. Wasn't a customer able to field test their products before?
I may be entirely mistaken, but when I bought my ArcHaul, I remember having the option to use it, and if I didn't think it was right for me, I could return it. This was in summer 2016.
