    Hello:

I plan to slack pack from Blue Mountain Summit to Delaware Water Gap in late February (weather permitting). If you would like to come along I would welcome the company.

Lehigh Valley is no joke in the winter.

    Or summer.

I've been section hiking PA since September--mostly out and back with one three-day with a shuttle. I estimate I have six hikes left to finish. I hope to finish by the end of March. I'll be using a shuttle for two of them unless I can find a partner with a vehicle. If you're interested, I'd love to have a partner. I hike/camp Saturday to Sunday almost every weekend. I plan to hike three days and two nights on President's Day weekend. My hope is to do Knife's Edge that weekend, and Lehigh Gap with a shuttle or partner the following one. The only weather that stops me is ice because the driving is too risky. I hiked several weeks ago in subzero weather. I don't mind the cold and have spikes for moderate snow.

That would work out awesome I do drive so that would not be an issue. Definitely up to hiking as much as possible. I would just like someone to enjoy hiking with. I live near many trail heads and still don't get out as much as I should or would like. PM me we can chat more about it

Still looking for someone to hike with?
Just did an overnight from Gathland SP to Harpers Ferry.
Wouldn't mind do a few more short ones here and there.
Was thinking of taking my 9 yo for a quick trip from Bake Oven Knob to Lehigh Gap.
Let me know if you have anything planned and want some company.
